The Customer Service Consultant will assist customers in their car purchasing journey, ensuring a seamless experience from online inquiries to vehicle delivery. Responsibilities Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their car purchasing needs Utilize knowledge of the employer's inventory to guide customers towards suitable vehicles Assist customers throughout the entire buying process, from online sales to vehicle delivery Ensure a smooth transition from online to in-store purchasing to enhance the customer experience Mentor and support colleagues as your skills develop Skills Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach High self-motivation to meet performance goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with new technologies and strong computer skills Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Willingness to adapt to schedule changes twice a year based on business needs Living within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including paid sick leave, vacation time, and paid holidays Company Overview Cyber Focus AI is an innovative recruiting firm dedicated to connecting top cybersecurity professionals with leading companies worldwide.
