You will be responsible for providing support and resolving inquiries from a home-based office, playing a key part in our company's reputation for excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Direct Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide clear and accurate information about our products, services, and policies. Actively listen to customer feedback and use it to identify opportunities for service improvement. Issue Resolution & Support: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer concerns and technical issues. Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely follow-up. Knowledge & Professionalism: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all company offerings and support procedures. Handle all customer information with the utmost confidentiality and care. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, even in challenging situations. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus, but not required. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help others. Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace. High school diploma or equivalent.
