Job Highlights Position: Remote Customer Service Representative - American Airlines Credit Union Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: Workwarp Location: Remote (work from anywhere) Compensation: A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package What You'll Do As a Remote Customer Service Representative on our Payments and Digital Strategy team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit union's financial services. Your key responsibilities will include: Completing data entry and balancing functions to maintain accurate financial records Coordinating return items with members, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and related accounting general ledger balancing Working on member cases/issues assigned to you and resolving them efficiently Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws Processing loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products Logging, researching, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching Completing daily balancing and department closing tasks Obtaining information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic funds transfer requests Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing funds transfer information Communicating with vendors to process funds transfers Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming funds transfer laws and regulations All You Need for Success Minimum Qualifications High school degree or GED Intermediate Excel and Word experience Preferred Qualifications Previous customer/member service experience Previous banking or Credit Union experience Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience Skills, Licenses, and Certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Strong mathematical calculation and analytical skills Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-volume pressure Ability to cross-train and perform any role assigned within the department Professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What You May Get As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: Travel Perks: Explore the world with discounted flights, hotels, and car rentals for you, your family, and friends Health Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, prescription, and vision coverage, plus virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts Wellness Programs: Access to resources and tools to support your physical and mental well-being 401(k) Program: Company contributions to your retirement savings plan Additional Benefits: Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more Why Join American Airlines?
