About the Role We are currently hiring for Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our Kia Consumer Affairs team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, provide technical support, and resolve complex customer issues with exceptional care. You will act as a trusted liaison between customers, dealerships, and blithequark, ensuring customers receive the help they need and walk away feeling heard, valued, and confident in their ownership experience. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of customer cases related to vehicle concerns, including warranty coverage, repair assistance, and service campaigns. Provide calm, empathetic guidance to customers, responding to their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with dealerships, blithequark, and internal teams to resolve issues related to vehicle repairs, backordered parts, and service coverage. Document all case details and customer interactions accurately, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Provide technical guidance to customers, troubleshooting vehicle features such as the Owner's Portal, Bluetooth, infotainment, radio, and navigation. Navigate digital tools, including web-based systems and CRM tools, to manage workflows, coordinate service requests, and track case progress. Your Impact As a Customer Service Representative, you will have a significant impact on the customer experience, delivering empathetic, personalized support that strengthens customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. You will build brand trust, drive service excellence, and empower customers to understand their vehicle's features, warranty coverage, and available resources. Essential Qualifications 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or technical support (preferably in a fast-paced contact center). Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate and resolve complex customer issues. Technical skills, including comfort navigating Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and web-based systems. Remote readiness, with a reliable home office setup, including a personal desktop/laptop computer, wired high-speed internet, webcam, active cell phone, and wired headset. Flexibility, with availability for evenings, weekends, and peak times as needed. Training and Schedules We provide paid training and a clear path forward, with a comprehensive onboarding program that includes: 6 weeks of training, Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. Full-time production schedules, Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm CST or 11:00 am to 7:30 pm CST.
