You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, research and resolve customer issues, and process documents. This is a fully remote position, and we will provide you with all the necessary equipment, as long as you have your own high-speed internet. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices - Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment - Research and resolve customer issues, including those related to employee benefits - Process documents and maintain accurate records - Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics **About You** We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
