Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with timely and effective support. About You: Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Strong typing and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll concepts. Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
