They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers and floral partners, providing top-notch support and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate Tier 1 support to our customers and floral partners via phone and email Listen to customer inquiries, diagnose issues, and provide helpful solutions Accurately identify and escalate complex technical issues to our engineering team Ensure an outstanding experience for every customer by going the extra mile to resolve their concerns Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance our support processes and overall user experience Help customers and partners maximize their use of BloomNation's platform to grow their businesses Skills Friendly, optimistic, and caring individual who loves building relationships Excited to support local florists and be part of a growing startup Comfortable learning and using various support tools Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and over the phone Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail or service industry experience is a big plus) Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms Bilingual: Spanish speaking Company Overview Promenade was founded as a business expansion of a fleet of industry-specific software platforms.
