Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote Customer Support Rep with experience in the following: Supporting SaaS applications Basic knowledge of cloud offerings, tools, operating systems, and browsers Experience communicating with clients via phone, email, chat, and video You will be the first point of contact when our customers are having issues. This includes things like acting as a technical advisor, leading complex onboarding and/or integrations, product configurations across multiple teams, and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues If you have this experience, please apply immediately.
