They are seeking a Data Entry Clerk II to perform data entry functions, maintain communication within a team, and educate stakeholders on reporting. Responsibilities Perform intake and data entry functions, ensuring accuracy in reports Review incoming reports for correctness and make necessary corrections Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration within a team framework Access multiple internal and external platforms for report access and data correction Educate stakeholders on Critical Incident reporting Skills Must reside in New Mexico and work in the Mountain Time zone Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field Proficiency in English reading, speaking, and writing Strong keyboarding skills and computer literacy Understanding of patient confidentiality laws related to personal health information Experience with data analysis skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and MS Teams Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette Strong time management abilities Effective email communication skills Benefits Flexible remote work opportunity for residents of New Mexico Supportive and collaborative work environment Chance to enhance your data entry and analysis skills Opportunity to communicate with diverse stakeholders and improve customer service skills Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
