About the Role: e-Fulfilment Specialist As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, working remotely with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to review and file legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools, collaborating with your team to achieve common goals and resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities: Accurate and Efficient Data Entry: Review and file legal documents using our internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work. Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments. Issue Resolution: Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly. Additional Projects: Complete additional projects as assigned by your team leaders, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications: What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in data entry is a plus, it's not necessary - we'll provide the training you need to succeed in this role. Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED is required. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with the ability to learn our proprietary systems quickly. Typing Speed: A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute is required for this role. Attention to Detail: You must have exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in your work.
