Position Summary We’re looking for a compassionate and attentive Remote Digital Live Chat Agent to join our team. You’ll be one of the first friendly faces (or messages!) people connect with when they reach out for support. Through our online chat system, you’ll help patients, families, and community members get the information, comfort, and guidance they need. Your kindness and clarity will help people feel supported, understood, and cared for during their health journey. What You’ll Do: • Gently guide patients and customers by answering questions about our health services, wellness offerings, and general policies. • Provide warm, helpful support with things like scheduling assistance, account access, and navigating our online resources. • Record each interaction thoughtfully so our team can continue providing smooth, personalized care. • Make every person feel welcomed, respected, and reassured throughout the conversation. • Work closely with your teammates to find solutions and continually improve the care experience we offer. What You Should Have: • High school diploma or equivalent. • A naturally warm, patient-centered communication style. • Quick and accurate typing to help conversations flow comfortably. • Ease with basic technology and the willingness to learn new tools. • The ability to juggle multiple chats at once with calmness and empathy. • Familiarity with chat or CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
