[Remote] Digital Product Manager – Ferguson Home; Project Tool

The Digital Product Manager for Ferguson Home’s Project Tool will define the strategy and roadmap for a key feature of the digital experience, focusing on enhancing project planning for customers. This role involves collaboration across teams to drive customer needs and self-service capabilities. Responsibilities Define and communicate your product’s vision and strategy in alignment with company goals Lead the development of a detailed roadmap and ensure timely delivery of initiatives Identify customer needs through qualitative and quantitative research Assess market competition and provide insights to inform product decisions Prepare short-term and long-term forecasts, reports, and analyses for leadership Collaborate with business, sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to define and prioritize requirements Partner with project management to ensure scope and timelines are met Work closely with design and engineering teams in an agile development process Monitor product health through analytics and user feedback Apply data-driven insights to improve prioritization and execution Conduct A/B testing and user testing to validate solutions and measure outcomes Foster a work environment that promotes client service, collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect Perform other job-related duties as requested Skills 1–3 years of Product Management experience; eCommerce experience preferred Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) Experience with Jira and roadmapping tools (e.g., Airtable) Customer-centered approach to solving sophisticated business and user problems Strong performance mentality with the ability to drive measurable outcomes Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and empower cross-functional teams Skilled in business customer alignment and prioritization across internal and external partners Experience in agile product development methodologies General understanding of customers, industry, and technology stack; relevant domain experience is a plus Adaptable and proactive in managing change with a positive demeanor Excellent communication and leadership skills Problem Solving: Ability to assess issues and implement effective solutions quickly Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills; able to contribute ideas and resolve differences constructively Communication: Clear and professional oral and written communication skills Planning & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Quality Control: Commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work and mitigating risks Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments and embraces change Dependability: Reliable, accountable, and open to feedback Benefits Health Dental Vision Paid time off Life insurance 401(k) with a company match Mental health coverage Gender affirming and family building benefits Paid parental leave Associate discounts Community involvement opportunities Company Overview Since 1953, Ferguson has been a leading source of quality supplies for a variety of industries.
