REMOTE Estimator - Construction

Construction Estimator – Remote (GC) We are a growing general‑contractor specializing in Restaurant and Convenience Store construction in Virginia and are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to help manage project baselines and cost estimates for multiple projects. Base salary range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year Remote flexibility, occasional travel to Virginia Beach office. Responsibilities Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for new Restaurant and Convenience Store projects. Collaborate with project managers and design team to verify design intent and project scope. Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and evaluate pricing proposals. Maintain accurate project cost baselines and support value engineering opportunities. Assist in change order preparation and cost control throughout project lifecycle. Qualifications Experience as a Construction Estimator with a General Contractor. Prior experience estimating convenience store or restaurant construction projects (a plus). Strong knowledge of construction cost estimating software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. Benefits Competitive base salary.
