[Remote] Facilities Manager (Oakland - San Francisco, CA)

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for planning and managing repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores in one or two regions. The role includes training store managers on facility maintenance, evaluating and negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring quality work is performed in a cost-effective manner. Responsibilities • Plan and manage the repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores in one (occasionally two) Regions within metrics, ensuring all stores meet Panda facility standards • Search, evaluate, qualify, and negotiate contracts with local and regional vendors to provide preventative maintenance and repair services to assigned stores • Utilize and implement repair and preventive maintenance programs that enable store managers to handle routine or urgent situations. Train store managers on R&M (repair and maintenance) programs and on working effectively with vendors to control quality work and cost • Develop repair preventive maintenance programs that enable store managers to handle routine or urgent situations.
