[Remote] Federal Immigration Litigation Attorney

The role involves handling federal immigration litigation matters, drafting legal documents, and developing litigation strategies that strengthen cases. Responsibilities • Handle federal immigration litigation matters from start to finish • Draft and file federal complaints, motions, briefs, and petitions • Litigate APA challenges for unreasonable delays and wrongful denials • Bring mandamus actions to compel agency action • File habeas corpus petitions challenging unlawful detention • Handle circuit petitions for review and district court actions • Draft internal legal opinion memos to support administrative-level attorneys • Conduct advanced legal research on complex immigration and crimmigration issues • Develop litigation strategies that strengthen administrative and federal cases Skills • J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. state • 3+ years of federal immigration litigation experience • Demonstrated experience with APA, mandamus, and/or habeas actions • Strong federal legal research and writing skills • Ability to work independently and manage cases remotely • Commitment to high ethical standards and client advocacy Benefits • Dental insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Company Overview • As a nimble and technology-driven boutique recruiting firm, we are adept at adapting swiftly for success.
