In this role, you will partner closely with experienced CFOs to provide financial modeling, performance analysis, reporting, and planning support across multiple clients—ranging from scaling startups to established mid-market businesses. You will translate financial data into actionable insights, support month-end close activities, drive process improvements, and participate in strategic discussions with client leadership. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and financial modeling skills, experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or public accounting, and thrives in a client-service environment. This role offers exposure to CFO-level strategy, hands-on financial operations, and a clear path to expanded advisory responsibilities. Financial Analyst Responsibilities • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for multiple clients • Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis • Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities • Support key month-end close activities and execute required journal entries • Review bank and balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy • Draft clear analytical summaries and insights for CFO review • Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports • Participate in client meetings to present findings and support strategic decisions • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure data integrity across systems Financial Analyst Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree required • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or public accounting required • Strong financial analysis and budgeting experience required • Advanced arenaflex Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Modeling, etc.) required This offer from "#twiceasnice Recruiting" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 72% flex score.
