They are seeking a Financial Customer Service Professional to provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts and empower clients with essential information without engaging in sales. Responsibilities Provide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accounts Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales Communicate critical plan updates and changes to clients Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes Collaborate with a team to launch your financial services career Skills Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including outside traditional business hours Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for training and work Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry policies and procedures Experience in financial services or call center environments Passion for providing quality customer service Desire to engage with customers over the phone Adaptability in communication style to service a diverse customer base Strong attention to detail Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous paid time off and paid volunteer time Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
