Description and Requirements About the Role We are seeking a Global Logistics IT Engineer to be responsible for collection and analysis of requirements related to our global supply chain logistics and delivery of technical solutions. This remote role with join us on a EST working hours schedule with quarterly traveling to our Morrisville, NC location. Key Responsibilities • Manage requirements analysis and deep dive into business processes for the Lenovo Supply Chain system for SAP HANA EWM system • Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring that timely communication is provided on updates and progress • Support integration of SAP SCM with front and back-end solutions • Support day-to-day operations for SAP SCM globally • Ensure that documentation and reporting is delivered Basic Qualifications • 1-2 years of Experience with SAP and IT Support • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field required Preferred Qualifications • 1 year of experience supporting a global implementation of a Supply Chain product • Experience with SAP SCM, EWM module strongly preferred • Experience with ABAP code and Java • Project Experience with Supply Chain operations or use cases • Hands-on approach to problem solving with excellent problem analysis and resolution skills • Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact • Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is preferred • Experience with AI or customizations with SAP a plus The base salary budgeted range for this position is $75-85k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This remote role with join us on a EST working hours schedule with quarterly traveling to our Morrisville, NC location.
