[Remote] Global Sales Director, SoMe and E-commerce Platforms

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hammer Andersen is a mission-driven company focused on combating image abuse and strengthening digital trust. They are seeking a Global Sales Director to lead commercial efforts towards major social media and e-commerce platforms, developing partnerships and driving adoption of their image-authenticity solutions. Responsibilities • Develop and execute Sasha’s sales and partnership strategy for SoMe and e-commerce platforms globally • Identify and engage key decision-makers in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, and Platform Integrity teams • Map and understand existing moderation workflows, AI tools, and partner integrations within each platform • Present Sasha’s technology as a complement to or upgrade of existing moderation and verification systems • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to align client needs with roadmap priorities • Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements • Represent Sasha at global industry events, conferences, and policy discussions related to content authenticity and moderation • Provide thought leadership on trends in online image abuse, privacy, and content authenticity • Deliver accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management Skills • Previous experience in Trust & Safety, Platform Integrity, or AI Content Moderation divisions at major platforms or vendors • Strong network within major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, X, Snap, Google, Reddit, and others in the content and moderation domains • Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), UK online Safety Act, or similar • Understanding of content moderation systems, including AI-based detection tools, human review processes, and escalation policies • Knowledge of digital watermarking, forensic imaging, or media authenticity technologies • 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development in the social media, ad tech, or trust & safety space • Proven track record of selling or integrating technology solutions to large-scale platforms. (SoMe platforms, ad tech, online media) • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at C-level • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and technical fluency • Strong at executing go-to-market plan: Plan, executive, follow-up • Experience working across global markets and multi-stakeholder environments • High integrity and passion for online safety, privacy, and user protection Benefits • Remote-first setup (Denmark, Europe, or U.S.) with flexibility to live anywhere Company Overview • Hammer Andersen is the search & selection partner for the commercial organization.
