[Remote] Graphic Designer - DTC Ads/ Klaviyo E-Mail/ Amazon (Pakistan)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talent Hackers is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with deep direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce experience. The role involves creating compelling visual content across Amazon listings, email campaigns, and digital advertising to drive conversions and build the brand. Responsibilities • Design high-converting Amazon product listings including main images, lifestyle photos, infographics, and A+ Content • Create comparison charts, feature callouts, and product photography enhancements that comply with Amazon's guidelines • Optimize product imagery for mobile and desktop viewing • Design storefront headers and brand store layouts • Design engaging email templates and campaign assets for promotional sends, abandoned cart sequences, and nurture flows • Create email headers, banners, product showcases, and CTA graphics • Ensure designs are optimized for various email clients and mobile devices • Collaborate with marketing team on seasonal campaigns and product launches • Design static ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Display, and other paid channels • Create ad variations for A/B testing • Develop eye-catching graphics that stop the scroll and drive clicks • Adapt creative across different ad formats and dimensions • Maintain and evolve brand visual identity across all customer touchpoints • Create templates and design systems for scalable content production • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while optimizing for conversion Skills • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in DTC or e-commerce environment • Proven experience designing Amazon product listings with demonstrated results in conversion optimization • Portfolio showcasing email design work and static digital ads • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Strong understanding of DTC marketing funnels and customer journey • Experience with conversion-focused design principles • Knowledge of Amazon listing requirements and best practices • Understanding of email design constraints and best practices • Ability to create designs optimized for various digital ad platforms • Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communications skills • Ability to work full-time EST aligned • Experience with Figma or Sketch • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESP platforms • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) • Understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization • Knowledge of accessibility standards in digital design • Experience with product photography or retouching • Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or lifestyle brands Company Overview • Scale your operations effectively with our network of skilled international remote talent.
