About the Role: Healthcare Call Center Associate As a Healthcare Call Center Associate at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our Customer Experience team, handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. You'll navigate multiple systems to manage a steady volume of incoming calls, addressing a range of customer concerns, such as insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner. Provide comprehensive solutions to customer concerns, including insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, and technical challenges. Navigate multiple systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customer complaints or concerns. Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring quality customer service. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends. What We Look For: We're seeking individuals with a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. While customer service experience is a plus, it's not required. To succeed in this role, you'll need: The ability to complete a 3-week virtual training program without missing a day. A high school diploma, GED, or college degree. High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment. The ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy. Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Availability to work weekends and participate in a 24/7/365 operation. A successful completion of a background check.
