You can email both to: [email protected] About the Role We’re seeking a Remote Healthcare Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming, supportive first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you’ll ensure every patient receives prompt assistance, clear communication, and an exceptional experience — from the moment they reach out to us. This position is fully remote with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and chat • Greet and support patients with empathy, professionalism, and warmth • Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-ups • Assist patients with onboarding and program enrollment • Answer general questions and route clinical matters to the care team • Maintain accurate and organized patient records in our CRM/EMR • Provide reminders and proactive follow-ups to support patient engagement • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless care delivery Qualifications • Experience as a medical receptionist, patient coordinator, or healthcare admin (preferred) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer-service mindset with compassion and patience • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM/EMR systems, email, and chat • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment • Prior telehealth or healthcare experience is a plus Why Join Nexlife? • Be part of a mission-driven healthcare organization • Supportive, collaborative, growth-focused culture • Remote work flexibility • Ongoing training and development • Competitive compensation • Benefits may include: • Health insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) • Paid time off Schedule • 8-hour shifts • Monday–Friday • Weekend availability as needed • Full-time & part-time roles available Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
