Job Description Insight Global is currently on the lookout for a Project Manager/Scrum Master for a fully remote position on a one-year contract, with the potential for conversion to a full-time role. This individual will support a new strategic initiative aimed at enhancing the Provider Portal, including front-end development and the revamping of eligibility workflows for specific providers. This position is ideal for an experienced professional capable of leading large-scale platform modernization efforts and managing complex transformational programs. The selected candidate will take on a dual role, functioning both as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. The role will predominantly involve 60% project management responsibilities, which include managing status reports, overseeing five different workflows such as budget management and RAID logs. The Project Manager will also be responsible for documenting processes through Clarity reports and creating PowerPoint presentations for L1, L2, and L3 executive team. The remaining 40% of the role will involve Scrum Master duties, requiring hosting daily standups, working closely with the PO, and can document and use storyboards such as Jira and RTC IBM. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as the position will involve managing budgets, facilitating technical and business discussions, and delivering executive-level reporting.
