Key Responsibilities of a Remote Claims Adjuster Claims Evaluation • I review, analyze, and process various insurance claims remotely, focusing on fairness and efficiency and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Customer Communication • Communicate with policyholders, third parties, and legal representatives with empathy and professionalism throughout the claims process. Documentation Management • Maintain accurate digital records, adjust claim files as needed, and ensure all documentation reflects real-time updates.
