Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled IT Contracts Specialist to join our customers' Vendor Management Office (VMO) team. • This role is critical in managing and optimizing relationships with technology vendors while ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT concepts, terminology, and contractual nuances, enabling them to effectively negotiate and manage complex technology agreements. • Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology vendors, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of technology contracts, including renewals, extensions, terminations, and new agreements. • Negotiation Leadership: Lead complex contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service-level agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization. • IT-Focused Contract Review: Analyze and interpret technical language within IT contracts, identifying risks, compliance requirements, and opportunities for optimization. • Reporting & Analytics: Track, monitor, and report on contract status, vendor performance, and key metrics using tools such as Excel and Smartsheet. • Vendor Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new technology vendors, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. • Can pay $40-45/h We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
