Remote JR. QA Lead

Insight Global is hiring for a Remote Jr. QA Lead to support our global healthcare data technology client. In this role, you'll join the Content Team and will play a critical role in validating product quality, optimizing data accuracy, and enhancing user experience. Youll work closely with product managers, engineers, and SDETs to ensure Trial Landscape delivers reliable, intuitive, and high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities: Ensure successful launch of new product features in Trial Landscape through rigorous QA practices Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for UI, API, and data validation Help structure and refine QA processes to improve team efficiency and product reliability Collaborate with Trial Landscape and product teams to communicate QA findings via JIRA, standups, retrospectives, and other channels Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues impacting product performance Inform tech-driven data solutions based on QA insights to optimize data integrity and usability Act as the voice of the user, providing feedback on performance, usability, and experience Partner with SDETs to contribute to and maintain automated test coverage for Trial Landscape We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Intermediate-advance knowledge of SQL with experience in creating and modifying existing queries used for reporting. Advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel Ability to investigate the data with immense patience and accuracy.
