[Remote] Jr. Treasury Analyst

They are seeking a Jr. Treasury Analyst to help manage and process internal and external money movements, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. Responsibilities The Treasury Analyst is responsible for reviewing funding and construction holdback draw wires, and for ensuring that the data reflected in the system aligns with the loan documentation Process high volume bank transactions with accuracy Disburse payments from the service holding account to investors’ FBO accounts and perform reconciliation of these transactions Assist with monthly bank account reconciliations Prepare and reconcile reports reflecting daily liquidity and warehouse line capacity balances Manage tax payment requests including reconciling the tax advance on the loan, correcting any inaccuracies and sending funds to the correct beneficiary Address inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with internal partners, ensuring prompt resolution of operational challenges as they occur Assist with various ad hoc tasks that the Treasury team handles Skills Bachelor's degree. Finance/Math/Accounting preferred 0-3 years of a finance, accounting, or other applied math field preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask efficiently Positive attitude and a great team player Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines throughout the day Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Proficient with Excel preferred Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Kiavi offers free employee-only coverage for medical, dental, and vision plans.
