[Remote] Lead Generation Consultant / Senior Consultant

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Lead Generation Consultant to support targeted outreach programs and campaign activities that drive qualified meetings with pharma and biotech Ideal Customer Profiles. This role is essential for pipeline growth by engaging high-value prospects, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring accurate data management. Responsibilities Execute outreach programs: Run persona-based outbound email and LinkedIn sequences aligned with marketing campaigns and ABM priorities Incorporate insights: Integrate competitive intelligence and messaging into outreach activities Maximize event ROI: Support pre- and post-industry conferences and events follow-up processes to convert engagement into qualified opportunities Qualify opportunities: Engage with prospects to understand needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria Schedule and hand off: Book meetings for Sales and ensure all relevant details are captured for a seamless transition Research and target: Assist with research on accounts, segments, and decision-makers to inform outreach strategies Monitor trends: Share industry insights that can improve targeting and messaging Maintain data integrity: Keep CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) updated with accurate lead data and interaction history Track and report: Provide weekly summaries of outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline impact Collaborate and refine: Work closely with Marketing leadership to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness Feedback loop: Share insights from prospect interactions to inform messaging and targeting adjustments Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development within life sciences or B2B marketing Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools Understanding of life sciences industry and commercialization processes preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple outreach sequences and deadlines effectively Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and process compliance Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized with a hunter mentality Experience with ABM campaigns and marketing automation platforms Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions and their application in life sciences Prior experience supporting event-driven lead generation initiatives Benefits Discretionary annual bonus Health insurance Retirement savings benefits Life insurance Disability benefits Parental leave Paid time off for sick leave and vacation Company Overview We founded Precision Medicine Group in 2012 because we believed there was a transformational opportunity to improve the process of bringing new drugs to market.
