Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Responsibilities & Duties • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans • Provide individual and group therapy sessions • Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in distress • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care • Advocate for client resources and services within the community • Maintain accurate and confidential client records • Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust plans as necessary • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues • Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices Requirements: • Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution • Clinical licensure (LISW or equivalent) in the state of practice • Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) • Experience working with diverse populations • Knowledge of community resources and services • Strong crisis management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems • Master's degree in social work (MSW) • State licensure as an Independent Social Worker (LISW) • Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience • Proven ability to provide effective therapy and counseling • Strong understanding of mental health and social work ethics • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations Apply tot his job
