Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (Outpatient) Job Type: Full Time - Remote Location: Mount Vernon, NY Licensed Master Social Worker (Outpatient) - ASAP Start - Remote - Full-Time - Mount Vernon, NY Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our behavioral health team in a remote capacity. The LMSW will conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based therapy, and collaborate with integrated care teams to support patients' mental health and wellness. This role requires strong clinical skills, documentation accuracy, and a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care. Job Description: • Perform biopsychosocial assessments using evidence-based screening tools • Provide behavioral health treatment using modalities such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and behavioral activation • Participate in care team meetings to provide treatment recommendations • Monitor client progress through care planning and coordination with clinical team members • Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments as needed • Engage clients through proactive outreach, especially those underutilizing behavioral health services • Document services in electronic health records accurately and promptly • Participate in weekly clinical supervision, team meetings, and case conferences Requirements: • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution • Active LMSW license in the state of New York • Proficiency with behavioral health screening tools and DSM-V diagnostic criteria • Experience conducting biopsychosocial assessments and risk evaluations • Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across interdisciplinary care teams • Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems • Ability to work independently and manage remote caseload • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred Company DescriptionLanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
