Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and friendly assistance. • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority. • Maintain a positive tone and effective communication throughout each interaction. • Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and tracking. • Participate in team meetings to share insights and improvements regarding customer feedback. • Collaborate with colleagues to collectively troubleshoot and address recurring challenges. • Monitor chat performance metrics and strive for continuous improvement in response times and satisfaction ratings. Required and preferred qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in customer service or chat support is preferred. • Familiarity with CRM software or live chat tools is a plus.
