[Remote] Manager, People Technology Integrations

They are seeking a Manager of People Technology Integrations to lead the integration strategy for the People organization, ensuring the efficient flow of people data and driving innovation in HR systems. Responsibilities • Build strong, trusted relationships with business stakeholders by anticipating their needs and delivering before they ask • Design and own the integration architecture across Workday, Greenhouse, payroll, benefits, and other enterprise systems to ensure resilience and scalability • Establish governance standards, documentation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, and other regulations • Manage vendor and middleware partners to drive accountability, maximize ROI, and ensure SLAs are consistently met • Define and track clear, measurable KPIs (uptime, error resolution time, automation ROI), and present results to leadership through executive-ready reporting • Utilize automation and process optimization to deliver 10x results with 2x investment, building scalability and flexibility into infrastructure operations • Treat every DoorDash asset as your personal responsibility, ensuring all decisions align with our goals and financial commitments • Commit to inclusion both within your team and across functions, leading by example to ensure every voice is heard Skills • 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years managing HR systems teams • Deep expertise in Workday, with strong knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, APIs, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Payroll connectors, and middleware tools • Experience managing and scaling remote workforces • Ability to make a compelling business case with clear ROI and influence executive stakeholders with data-driven storytelling • Familiarity with industry best practices, but creative in developing iterative approaches to maturing IT services while resource constrained • Experience scaling an IT/HR Systems function through a combination of process, tooling, hiring, and sourcing strategies • Experience with iPaaS/middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) to complement Workday-native tools • Strong experience in Scrum/Agile methodology, building velocity and operational metrics through Jira stories and epics • Understanding of InfoSec principles, data governance, and audit readiness, and ability to partner closely with security and compliance teams • Proven change leader, influencing adoption of new technologies and ways of working across functions • Comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities Benefits • 401(k) plan with employer matching • 16 weeks of paid parental leave • Wellness benefits • Commuter benefits match • Paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 11 paid holidays • Disability and basic life insurance • Family-forming assistance • Mental health program Company Overview • DoorDash is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local and national businesses.
