The Marketing Project Manager will drive organization, alignment, and execution across the marketing department, serving as the operational backbone of the team and ensuring projects stay on track while fostering a design-led approach. Responsibilities • Lead all marketing projects from planning to delivery, managing timelines, priorities, and cross-functional team responsibilities to ensure successful outcomes • Create the structure and space for creative teams to explore, iterate, and deliver high-quality, design-led work • Act as the operational bridge between Marketing and Creative teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and understanding of project goals • Develop and maintain efficient project management processes, tools, and workflows that support team productivity and accountability • Allocate resources effectively, track tasks and team workloads, and proactively address potential conflicts to keep projects on schedule • Facilitate marketing meetings, reviews, and status updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed and action items are completed • Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and report on timelines, deliverables, and overall team performance to leadership Skills • 5-10 years of project management experience within marketing, creative, or cross-functional teams • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both marketing and creative teams • Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Figma, Canto) • Process-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a focus on delivering results Benefits • Multiple medical plan options (PPO and High-Deductible with HSA), plus dental, vision, life, and disability coverage. • Wellness resources include mental health support, EAP access, and fitness incentives • A competitive 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase program, and potential equity grants • Generous flexible PTO policy, including Flex Fridays, paid parental leave (up to 14 weeks), and remote/hybrid work options Company Overview • Owlet Baby Care offers a health monitor that allows parents to view their child's vital signs in real-time.
