[Remote] Mass Tort Case Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is a company seeking a Mass Tort Case Manager to independently manage assigned cases and oversee the case setup. The role involves leading claimant communication, reviewing settlement plans, and coordinating with colleagues on case-related documents. Responsibilities • Independently manage assigned cases, often simultaneously • Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and traditional and social media campaigns • Leads claimant communication and claim review processes • Demonstrate a full and deep understanding of each case by reviewing settlement plans and notice & administration plans • Participate in and coordinate with others to draft and format claim forms, notices, and any other required documents Skills • 3+ years of Mass Tort experience in either QSF or a law firm • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required • Financial, insurance, or legal industry experience • Experience managing client relationships • Basic understanding of web development • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred Benefits • Medical, Dental, Life insurance • 401k • PTO • Colorado employees will receive paid sick leave.
