[Remote] Microsoft Power Plaform and Playwright Automation Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Developer will develop, maintain, and perform development using the Microsoft Power Platform and Playwright for automation testing, working closely with users to gather requirements and create documentation. Responsibilities • Develops, maintains, and performs development using the Microsoft Power Platform and playwright for automation testing for applications. • Works directly with users, gathering requirements, creating documentation, developing solutions, and supporting user testing. • Analyzes business and functional requirements, architecture, and hardware limitations and implements technology to fulfill the requirements. • Performs software development activities such as design, construction, debugging, testing, component integration, and maintenance using best practices and techniques, specifications, relevant standards and tools. • Profiles, analyzes, optimizes, and enhances software to improve operating time, efficiency, or functionality. • Develops and executes test plans, scenarios and cases. • Creates or updates technical documentation (detailed specifications, design documents, implementation or operations guides, architecture diagrams, flowcharts, charts, comments and code). Skills • You must be capable of passing a background investigation and be a U.S. Citizen. • YOU MUST HAVE THE PL-900 MPP CERTIFICATION TO BE CONSIDERED! • Ten (10) or more years of experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, Playwright, Visual Studio or other similar software to create applications for clients. • Five (5) or more years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration (PowerBI, Power Automate) and automation testing using Playwright. • Experience developing application and performing automated testing using Python, Java, JavaScript. • Experienced with GitHub. • Experience using agile principles. • Extensive experience with modern software design and development methodologies. • Expert in using the Microsoft Suite of software products. • Advanced understanding of testing tools and unit and integration test scripting, and testing methodologies. • Playwright: 10 years • SharePoint: 10 years • Power BI: 10 years • Python: 4 years • Java: 4 years • JavaScript: 4 years • GitHub: 4 years Benefits • Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance • Basic life insurance with ADD for each employee • Competitive salary offerings • 401K plans with 1:1 match of up to 3% with 100% immediate vesting for each year (There is a six-month waiting period for eligibility) • Fifteen (15) days of paid personal time off, to be used for vacation, sick leave, or other personal situations • Paid federal holidays off • Liberal policy towards employees in need.
