Key Responsibilities Lead, Optimize, and Innovate • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others. • Craft and execute marketplace-specific growth initiatives for each marketplace’s unique requirements. • Optimize product listings using competitive insights, keyword analysis, and SEO best practices. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), and ad performance across all channels. • Coordinate with the content, pricing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate listings and maintain inventory availability. • Oversee promotional campaigns, flash deals, and seasonal strategies to increase marketplace visibility. • Identify marketplace trends and competitor tactics to adapt your strategies proactively. • Troubleshoot listing issues, review policy changes, and manage escalations with platform support teams Tools and Technology Empowering Your Efficiency We equip our Multichannel Marketplace Managers with the best technology stack to work smarter, not harder.
