[Remote] National Roofing Project Coordinator

Cotton Holdings Inc. is a company focused on restoration services, and they are seeking a National Roofing Project Coordinator to support the execution of roofing and construction projects. The role involves site assessments, client interactions, project setup, compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining project documentation while ensuring strong client relationships. Responsibilities • Business development /Marketing • Assist in business development efforts to market services • Site assessment & project scoping (Xactimate/Symbility) • Assesses on-sight damage and help establish a customized scope and timeline for repair work • Client interaction & needs interpretation • Interpret the client’s needs, communicate them to operations staff, and help ensure clients’ expectations are understood and met • Project setup & start-up • Pre-con meeting • Ongoing support & issue resolution • Change orders and supplements, all insurance adjusters, construction consultants, and engineer meetings • Safety, compliance & meeting • Participate in toolbox talks, ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols in the field, and ensure safe operations • Administrative tasks & documentation • Maintain project documentation, correspondence, scope documents, change orders, and other necessary paperwork • Facilitate collections on projects Skills • 3+ years of experience in roofing or construction project coordination • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience with Xactimate and other construction/roofing estimating tools • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems preferred • National or multi-site project experience • Familiarity with estimating and cost controls • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Benefits • Impactful Work: Play a key role in restoring communities and supporting clients during critical recovery periods. • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence and innovation. • Career Growth: Expand your skills in project management, business development, and operational leadership. • Travel Opportunities: Experience diverse work environments with domestic and international travel opportunities.
