[Remote] Network Automation Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RightClick is seeking a Network Automation Engineer to support their network operations and automation initiatives. This role focuses on developing and optimizing network automation solutions through Python programming and SQL, while collaborating with teams to drive efficiencies. Responsibilities • Develop, test, and maintain network automation solutions using Python and related frameworks • Design, implement, and optimize ETL pipelines for large-scale data migration and integration • Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL to support operational and analytical needs • Create and maintain data models to improve network management and reporting • Collaborate with network and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and drive efficiencies • Support deployment and maintenance of Python/Django-based applications as required • Explore and implement tools such as Nautobot and Diffsync where applicable Skills • Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with Python/Django • Solid SQL skills, including querying, data migration, and working with large datasets • Experience with data modeling and designing efficient data structures • Strong understanding of ETL processes and best practices • Familiarity with network automation tools and frameworks is a plus • Experience with Nautobot and/or Diffsync is highly desirable Company Overview • RightClick was founded in 2010 based on our belief that the IT recruiting and staffing industry needed a major reboot.
