Remote Outsourced Accounting Lead

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring financial reporting accuracy and providing insights to clients. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional results and managing complex accounting challenges. Accountabilities • Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery. • Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to support client insights. • Present completed reporting packages and findings to clients as directed. • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models in alignment with client engagement terms. • Provide technical accounting support to clients and their teams on complex issues. • Identify operational inefficiencies through client discovery sessions and recommend actionable improvements. • Lead and coach staff and senior accountants, providing guidance on accounting and financial reporting matters.
