About the Role: CVS Data Entry Jobs with Workwarp As an Information Researcher on our Analysis and Conduct Change team, you'll play a critical role in developing industry-leading research, data, and technology platforms to help reimagine healthcare. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to deliver robust solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute models, tools, and algorithms to enhance processes related to HCB's case environment, driving efficiency and automation. Identify and quantify opportunities for analysis to improve efficiency and increase automation in claim adjudication and claim modification. Create, validate, and execute algorithms and predictive models to investigate issues, identify patterns, and recommend solutions. Analyze, examine, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats to inform business decisions. Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems, using advanced statistical techniques and numerical analysis. Design and develop data pipelines to integrate, aggregate, and normalize data that generates insights and addresses reporting needs. Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate analytical results and support business decisions effectively. Create and evaluate the data needs of assigned programs and ensure the integrity of the data. Analyze existing data and recommend additional sources of data for enhancements. Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant analytical experience in a related field. Experience programming using R or Python, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Experience working with SQL, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science. Experience working in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare data and analytics. Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders. Strong programming skills, with the ability to develop and deploy models and algorithms. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
