Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including booking and balancing appointments, calendar management, and involvement with special projects related to the household. Data Entry & Management: Perform data entry tasks, manage incoming and outbound communications, and maintain accurate records. Financial Tasks: Pay bills, manage expenses, and perform other financial tasks as required. Communication: Handle all incoming and outbound communications in a professional and timely manner. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion when handling confidential information. Organization: Stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Essential Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills: Highly relational and able to communicate effectively with the team. Proactive Approach: Proactive and able to anticipate needs, volunteer for tasks, and take direction (both specific and using best judgment). Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized. Confidentiality: Ability to handle and secure confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Preferred Qualifications Previous Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role. Technical Skills: Familiarity with calendar management tools, data entry software, and other productivity applications.
