About the Role This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home as a Remote Pharmacy Technician, providing critical support to healthcare professionals and patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for: Working on the pharmacy help desk to handle prior authorization requests from doctors' offices via fax, mail, email, phone, and electronic PA systems Receiving and responding to member questions about their pharmacy benefits in a timely and professional manner Utilizing your knowledge of drug names and classes to provide accurate and effective support Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a remote environment To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in pharmacy operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications At least 2 years of retail pharmacy experience Good computer skills, including proficiency in typing, Outlook, and Excel Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive inquiries Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and workflows A private and quiet workspace in a home environment Preferred Skills and Experience While not required, the following skills and experience are highly valued: Call center experience, with a background in handling high-volume customer inquiries CMS knowledge, with a understanding of Medicare Part D regulations and guidelines Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) licensure 2 years of college education or higher What We Offer At Kyyba, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and opportunities for career growth and development.
