Use tracking software to monitor deliveries and address any potential delays. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and delivery transactions. 6. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall customer satisfaction and service efficiency. 7. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies.
