[Remote] Professional Services DevOps Architect

As a Professional Services DevOps Architect, you will guide strategic customers in their DevOps journeys, consulting and implementing CI/CD pipelines using JFrog products and modern technologies. Responsibilities • Guide the DevOps, DevSecOps and MLOps journeys of JFrog’s most strategic customers, positing yourself as their trusted advisor • Work with JFrog customers to consult, architect, design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps platform using JFrog products and other cutting edge technologies and practices like Docker, Kubernetes, IaC and Cloud Native • Team up with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support and Development while work directly with Devs and DevSecOps Pros to ensure success with the customer’s DevSecOps journey using the JFrog platform • Mentor and coach members of the consulting team • Train the open source community and JFrog customers • Influence the features and roadmap of JFrog tools based on customer needs • Keep current with the latest technology trends related to DevSecOps and the landscape of CI/CD Technology • Work closely with our customers and community to build solid relationships Skills • 15+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of experience working in professional services or consulting with enterprise customers • Experience with Continuous Integration tools: CI Server, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, NPM • Ability to lead, architect and build software delivery pipelines with Docker, npm, Java, Pypi etc.. using various DevSecOps tools such as Git, Binary repositories management, Binary scanning, and Continuous integration • Good understanding of infrastructure & operations - storage, network, computer, security, cloud (public, on-prem) • Experience with Continuous Deployment and Delivery tools: Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Kubernetes • Hands on experience in Linux - Mandatory • Hands on experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS / Azure / GCP - Mandatory • Experience with customer facing with great interpersonal and customer service oriented skills • Experience with server side software on-premise and in the cloud • Experience with Software Architecture design and product development a plus • Experience with MLOps toolset & ecosystem is a plus • Uncompromising will to learn • Open Source state-of-mind Benefits • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more • Discretionary bonuses or commission payments • Equity package of restricted stock units (RSU) • Participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan Company Overview • JFrog provides software developers with a binary repository management solution.
