They are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Program Manager to oversee airport projects and programs, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards while coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities • Develop and manage airport programs and projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards. • Coordinate with various departments, including operations, maintenance, security, and customer service, to ensure seamless program implementation. • Liaise with external stakeholders, including airlines, government agencies, contractors, and vendors, to facilitate project progress and resolve issues. • Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in airport operations and project management. • Prepare and present regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders. • Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to achieve project goals. • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Skills • BA/BS in relevant field + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • 10 + years of experience in airport operations or program management • Experience with managing multiple program delivery methods, such as Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Design-Build (DB), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Progressive Design-Build (PDB), etc • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs in an airport environment of $10M or more in contract value • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airport safety standards, and industry best practices Education Requirements • A master’s degree, Professional Engineer (P.E.), and/or CCM certification is preferred Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life • AD&D • Disability benefits • Paid time off • Leaves of absences • Voluntary benefits • Perks • Flexible work options • Well-being resources • Employee assistance program • Business travel insurance • Service recognition awards • Retirement savings plan • Employee stock purchase plan Company Overview • AECOM is a global provider of professional technical and management support services to a broad range of markets.
