[Remote] Program Manager, Executive Selling Partner Relations

The role focuses on driving data-informed program strategies to enhance the experience of Selling Partners while collaborating with various stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Responsibilities • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement • Collaborate to build partnerships with key stakeholder groups, businesses and leaders to ensure systemic problems are addressed and corrected • Design and implement data-driven solutions to address seller pain points and enhance operational efficiency • Lead cross-functional projects using both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive decision-making • Transform complex data sets into actionable insights for stakeholders across all levels • Lead preparations for in-person events for internal teams and selling partners Skills • 2+ years of program or project management experience • 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams • Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions • 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Benefits • Equity • Sign-on payments • Medical • Financial • Other benefits Company Overview • Amazon is a tech firm with a focus on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
