Job Title: Remote Project Coordinator – PCSWM (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 - 1,800 USD/month paid via bank transfer or Thera Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m Eastern Time Job Overview: Our client is a leading civil engineering and construction management firm based in Northern Virginia, serving both public and private sector clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The company specializes in site development, utilities, roadway construction, and infrastructure improvements, providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions from design through project completion. Their team is dedicated to technical excellence, client satisfaction, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their Post-Construction Stormwater Maintenance (PCSWM) Division. This is a critical support role that bridges the gap between field operations and project management. You will be responsible for the digital infrastructure of every project, ensuring that data, contracts, and plans are meticulously organized from startup to completion. Responsibilities: • Project Initialization: Set up all new jobs in InEight; ensure job folders are created, contracts are fully executed (FE) and filed, and all won jobs are added to the master Google Calendar. • Planning & Costing: Create "shell" daily plans in InEight for Project Managers to build out and import necessary cost items to ensure accurate tracking. • Documentation Management: Collect and file all daily job photos; ensure Maintenance Activity Reports (MAR) are installed in project folders with basic job information. • Logistics & Vendor Relations: Obtain additional quotes for Project Managers, follow up with vendors, and ensure all Purchase Orders (POs) are issued prior to crew mobilization. • Scheduling: Update the weekly lineup and ensure upcoming job information is communicated clearly across the team. • Client Portal Management: Assist with work order management and updates within specific client portals, such as Target’s PMWOA and Capital One’s Corrigo. Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: Construction Knowledge: • 2+ years of experience in a Subcontractor or General Contractor environment (Civil construction, landscaping, or utility experience is highly preferred). • Plan Reading: Ability to read and generally understand site plans and as-builts. • Takeoffs & GIS: Experience performing takeoffs and navigating municipal GIS portals/maps. • Mapping: Proficiency with Google Earth and Google Maps for project location analysis. Software & Administrative Skills: • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook) and OneDrive/SharePoint. • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document editing and DocuSign for contract routing. • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to catch inconsistencies in high-volume data. Hardware Requirements Because this role requires navigating complex site plans and high-volume data, the following setup is mandatory: • Operating System: Windows-based device only (No Mac/Apple computers). • Memory: Minimum of 16GB RAM. • Hardware: Dual-monitor setup (2 screens) is required for efficient workflow. • Connectivity: Stable, high-speed internet with a dedicated, quiet workspace. Candidates must be able to guarantee connectivity regardless of travel.
