Launching General Manager and Lead Office Administrator Remote – Supporting Dallas–Fort Worth Operations Overview DTRS PRO LLC, a U.S.-based subcontractor serving the roofing and solar industries, is seeking a highly organized and leadership-minded professional to assist in the launch and long-term management of its operational systems. This engagement begins with a defined project-based development phase, followed by the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time salaried position with performance bonuses and guaranteed annual raises. The selected candidate will work directly with company leadership to build, maintain, and continuously improve the administrative foundation that supports daily field operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth region. Initial Project Scope and Deliverables During the initial setup phase, the selected professional will complete the following structured deliverables: • Office Management and Workflow Systems – Develop filing structures, job numbering, task tracking, and communication workflow. • Operational Templates and Internal Documents – Create standardized forms for intake, job reports, waivers, and logs. • Records and Financial Tracking Systems – Set up job tracking, payment, expense, and warranty logs using QuickBooks or spreadsheets. • Communication and Coordination Tools – Implement phone, email, shared drives, and workflow automations for U.S.–remote team collaboration. • Digital File Structure and Scalability System – Organize master folders, project archives, and backup protocols for operational scaling. Total project value is based on a fixed-scope onboarding package that transitions directly into a full-time salaried role upon completion. Transition to Full-Time Employment Upon successful completion of the setup phase, this position advances into a long-term leadership role with structured compensation that includes: • Base monthly salary • Project profit-share bonuses • Annual guaranteed salary increases • Performance-based quality bonuses • Company-sponsored healthcare and investment plan (after the first year) This full-time role oversees ongoing system maintenance, reporting, payroll coordination, and process optimization across the DTRS PRO administrative network. Key Responsibilities • Manage office operations, job intake, scheduling, and reporting systems. • Oversee payroll, financial tracking, and expense management tools. • Maintain job records, warranty documentation, and data archives. • Coordinate between field, administrative, and leadership teams. • Ensure professional communication, confidentiality, and operational accuracy. Candidate Profile • Strong background in administration or operations management. • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. • Experience with workflow tools such as Google Drive, Trello, and QuickBooks. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing complex organizational systems.
