Swoon is seeking a Level II Business Process & Change Consultant to support transformational technology initiatives across the organization. This role involves collaborating with project teams to improve operating models through process design, technology transformation, and effective change management. Responsibilities • Collaborate with project teams supporting initiatives across ZNA business units and cross-functional teams including underwriting, operations, IT, and other business partners • Partner with business and IT to transform operating models through process design, technology improvements, and change management practices • Ensure technology transformations are fit for purpose and enable employees to work efficiently and effectively • Follow prescribed frameworks for process, technology, change management, training, and business support • Participate in medium to large-scale projects with guidance from senior consultants or managers • Gather and analyze business requirements and perform process analysis • Identify, design, and support business solutions • Create user test cases and support business readiness activities • Support issue resolution during project execution • Develop process documentation, training materials, eLearning content, and change management communications • Support development of an underwriting desktop combining workflow management, data extraction, data enrichment, and rate/quote capabilities Skills • Intermediate-level consulting experience supporting strategic and operational initiatives • Ability to partner across business and IT teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently with limited guidance • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively • Project experience on medium to large-scale initiatives • Process documentation and development experience (Visio) • Change management experience • Training and enablement experience • Property & Casualty insurance experience (3+ years preferred) • Experience with insurance underwriting technology (e.g., Guidewire) • Meeting facilitation experience • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills (PowerPoint) • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Company Overview • In 2010, Swoon launched an agile, client-focused team that is not only savvy in our core industries but elbow-deep, every day, getting to know the strongest talent in the technology and professional fields.
