[Remote] Quality Assurance Coach- Contact Center Environment
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UVM Health - UVM Medical Center is seeking a Quality Assurance Coach to enhance the performance of their Patient Access Center. This role involves conducting performance coaching, maintaining quality standards, and developing training materials to improve operations and customer service. Responsibilities • Conducting performance coaching • Maintaining quality standards • Advising leadership on ways to improve operations • Leading and developing on-going trainings and education materials relative to the Patient Access Specialist role • Building awareness of available resources • Working with team members to create individualized goals for continuous improvement • Delivering outstanding customer service that drives high patient satisfaction • Supporting the Patient Access and Service Center Leadership with a number of front-end initiatives • Process improvements • Overall performance improvement Skills • 2+ years of call center and/or QA experience • Strong customer service skills • 1+ years in healthcare • Experience and knowledge of Contact Center operations • Teaching or training experience of adults • Bachelor's degree in education, Communications, Healthcare Administration or related field • In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years of related experience in similar work environment Company Overview • The University of Vermont Medical Center is part of a six-hospital network serving patients and their families in Vermont and northern New York.
